Dhaka Bet Terms & Conditions – What you need to know before using the platform

By using Dhaka Bet's website (dhakabet.click), mobile app, or any other digital channel, you are automatically considered to have accepted these Terms & Conditions. It is therefore important to read them carefully before your first use.

This document constitutes a legally binding agreement between the authority operating Dhaka Bet and its users. A user is defined as any individual who has registered on our platform or is browsing it without registration.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh. Where any provision conflicts with local law, local law shall prevail. It is the user's own responsibility to ensure that online betting is legal in their jurisdiction.

To open an account with Dhaka Bet, you must 18 years of age or older All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete. Registration with false information will result in account cancellation.

Only one account per person is permitted. Creating multiple accounts using the same identity, phone number, or device is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, all associated accounts will be immediately suspended and all balances will be forfeited.

• Keeping your account password confidential is your responsibility.
• Sharing your account with another person is strictly prohibited.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact Support immediately.
• Accounts cannot be sold or transferred.
• You must cooperate with KYC (Know Your Customer) verification.

Dhaka Bet may request a government-issued ID, proof of address, or other documents for account verification at any time and without providing a reason. Failure to submit the required documents may result in withdrawal processing being suspended.

Please read the specific rules for each event before placing a bet on Dhaka Bet. Bets cannot generally be cancelled once placed; however, where the cashout option is available, you may exit early under the applicable conditions.

Live Betting: Odds change rapidly during live events. The odds confirmed at the time Dhaka Bet accepts your live bet are the final applicable odds. If a bet is voided due to network delays, a full refund will be issued.

If a match is cancelled: If an event is cancelled or abandoned, all stakes will be refunded. However, if a match is at least 90% complete, the result will be considered valid.

• Minimum bet: ৳50 (cricket, football, and other sports).
• Maximum bet: varies by match and market. Limits are displayed for each event.
• A maximum of 20 events may be combined in an accumulator bet.
• Dhaka Bet reserves the right to void any bets placed on clearly erroneous odds.
• Any disputed bet outcome must be reported to support within 72 hours.

Deposits and withdrawals on Dhaka Bet are available via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All payments are processed in Bangladesh Taka (BDT). Transactions made through third parties or using another person's mobile banking account are strictly prohibited.

Deposit Terms:

• Minimum deposit: ৳100.
• Maximum single deposit: ৳50,000. Daily limit: ৳1,00,000.
• Deposits are usually instant. If you experience any issue, please contact support within 1 hour.
• No charges on deposits.

Withdrawal Terms:

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500.
• Maximum daily withdrawal: ৳5,00,000.
• Processing time: 1–24 hours (bKash/Nagad).
• Withdrawals may be held pending KYC verification.
• Withdrawals can only be made to your own mobile banking account.

Dhaka Bet has a strict anti-money laundering policy. If unusual transaction patterns are detected, the account will be temporarily suspended pending investigation. Full cooperation from the user during any investigation is mandatory.

Dhaka Bet regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotional deals. Each bonus comes with its own terms, clearly stated on the offer page. Claiming a bonus means you accept the specific terms attached to it.

Welcome Bonus: 100% bonus up to ৳5,000 on your first deposit. To withdraw the bonus, the total amount (deposit + bonus) must be wagered at least 5 times. Minimum odds: 1.50.

Weekly Cashback: A cashback of 10%–15% on losing bets is available every week. Cashback is credited to your account every Monday morning. No wagering requirements apply to cashback.

• The bonus may only be claimed once per account.
• Balances are not automatically transferred from the bonus account to the main account.
• Withdrawing before wagering requirements are met will result in the bonus being forfeited.
• Dhaka Bet reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus at any time.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 30 days. Any bonus remaining after expiry will be forfeited.

The following activities are strictly prohibited to maintain the fairness and security of the Dhaka Bet platform. Detection of any such activity will result in permanent account closure and full forfeiture of all balances.

• Use of betting bots or automated software: Using robots, bots, or any automated program to place bets is strictly prohibited.
• Arbitrage Betting: Placing opposing bets across multiple accounts or platforms to guarantee risk-free profit is prohibited.
• Match Fixing: Participating in match-fixing or using insider information to influence betting outcomes is strictly prohibited.
• Hacking or System Manipulation: Attempting unauthorized access to the platform's code, servers, or databases.
• Abuse: Harassment, threats, or abusive behavior toward support agents or other users.
• Money Laundering: Money laundering or any unusual financial activity.
• False Identity: Creating an account using a false name, age, or other incorrect information.

Dhaka Bet makes every effort to ensure uninterrupted service. However, in certain circumstances our liability will be limited.

• Dhaka Bet is not liable for any service disruption caused by natural disasters, war, or Force Majeure events.
• We are not responsible for transaction delays caused by third-party payment gateways or telecom operators.
• We are not responsible for missed bets resulting from issues with the user's own device or internet connection.
• We take every possible measure to protect your data. However, in the event of a cyberattack, our liability is limited to the affected user's account balance.
• Dhaka Bet bears no responsibility for any winnings a user expects but does not receive from betting.

Dhaka Bet reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. For significant changes, we will endeavour to provide at least 7 days' notice.

Voluntary Account Closure: You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Please withdraw any remaining balance before closure.

Account Closure by Dhaka Bet: Dhaka Bet reserves the right to close any account for terms violations, fraud, or at its discretion without prior request. If an account is closed for legitimate reasons, any verified balance will be refunded.

If you have any issue or complaint, please contact the Dhaka Bet customer support team first. We aim to resolve all complaints within 72 hours.

Steps for Dispute Resolution:

1. Report your issue via live chat or email.
2. Our support team will resolve your issue within 72 hours.
3. If you are not satisfied with the resolution, please escalate to manager level.
4. Dhaka Bet's final decision on any betting event is conclusive and binding.

These Terms & Conditions and any disputes arising from them shall be governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
